Position: Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager Intern

Brief: As the sole graphic designer for WCSD's Talent Department, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects. While maintaining brand guidelines, I designed booklets, brochures, posters, banners, stickers, pins and notepads. I also worked in conjunction with the IT department to create web-based materials as well as the overall layout for the Careers, Volunteer Services, and Wellness Departments.

During my time at WCSD, I further developed my fundamental design skills and expanded the boundaries of my capabilities. I became familiar with Blackboard, a website development platform, learned the ins-and-outs of the printing process and its requirements, and even delved into gif creation and some animation. One of my primary tasks was creating frequent advertisements for both recruitments events and internal administrative events.
